Right of Withdrawal

1. 14-Day Withdrawal Right
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act §§ 18-25. The period runs from the day you receive the item.
2. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Since commission items are often unique, we recommend insured shipping.
3. Depreciation
You are liable for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
4. Refund
We will refund the amount within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item.
