2. About Commission Sales
Hansen Trading ApS sells items on commission for private individuals and businesses (commission owners). Hansen Trading ApS is the seller (commissioner) in relation to you as a customer. All your consumer rights apply against Hansen Trading ApS — not the commission owner.
3. Prices
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Each item is unique — the price is fixed for the specific item.
4. Unique Items
All commission items are unique (qty: 1). Once an item is sold, it is no longer available. An item may be sold in our physical store while you are browsing online. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item has already been sold.
5. Item Description and Condition
All items are described to the best of our ability. Commission items are categorized as: New, Used, or Refurbished. The condition description notes any damage, wear, or patina. As many items are pre-owned, expectations should be aligned with the item's age and condition.
6. Payment
We accept payment via Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay Online. Payment is processed through our payment provider QuickPay. Payment is only charged when the order is confirmed.
7. Delivery
Delivery is handled by PostNord, GLS, or DAO. Delivery time is typically 1-4 business days depending on shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
8. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the item. Return shipping is at your own expense.

9. Warranty
You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act § 83. Hansen Trading ApS is responsible for warranty claims — not the commission owner. For used items, expectations are adjusted to the item's age, condition, and price. During the first 12 months, a defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery (reversed burden of proof).
